Who is Cambridge College?
Cambridge College is a private, non-profit institution founded in 1971 to serve the needs of adult learners. Today, Cambridge College offers undergraduate and graduate programs to approximately 2,500 students, primarily online, delivering on their mission “to provide academically excellent, time-efficient, and cost-effective higher education for a diverse population of working adults for whom those opportunities may have been limited or denied.” The Cambridge community spans age, background, ethnicity, and work experience. More than 65% of students are members of minority groups, three-quarters are women, and 17% are non-native English speakers. Approximately 29% of Cambridge students are Latino, and the school is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution.

Cambridge’s main campus is in Boston, Massachusetts, and they have a campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In addition, Cambridge’s online platform, Cambridge College Global, serves students nationwide and internationally.

It puts us in a position to continue to think boldly and creatively about opportunities for internships, project-based learning, and professional development training. It expands our access to grants and programs that help us strengthen the support we can provide to our students, which includes an increasing number of Spanish speakers. Bay Path’s story has been written by taking bold, entrepreneurial steps that have continuously positioned the university–and our students–for future success. This is another chapter in our ongoing story.
